• Step 1: Portal Registration: Go to the Madhya Pradesh Government's Invest Portal (https://sws.invest.mp.gov.in/) and sign up as a 'Vendor / Investor'. Furnish essential details such as organisation type, firm or company name, authorised person's name, a valid email address, and mobile number.
• Step 2: Complete Profile: Following the initial login using the generated User ID and password, update your profile to finish the full registration procedure on the portal.
• Step 3: Secure Permissions & Commence Operations: Apply for and obtain all necessary approvals through the online single-window system. Thereafter, finish the project construction to satisfy the minimum capital expenditure threshold and begin commercial operations.
• Step 4: Submit Subsidy Application: Within one year of the operation start date, file the capital subsidy application online via the portal. Make certain that all requisite documents are uploaded in the prescribed formats.
• Step 5: Verification & Processing: The Tourism Department/Board will examine the submitted application and documents, and subsequently process the subsidy claim.

Applications are submitted to the Tourism Department/Board, which then carries out a verification process. Assessment is based on how well the application meets the defined eligibility criteria, covering the project's nature, the minimum capital expenditure, and the timing of the application in relation to when the project began operations.
