Step 1: Registration Process

• Go to the Madhya Pradesh Government's Invest Portal and begin registration under the "Vendor / Investor" category.
• Provide basic details, choosing the correct "Type of Organisation" (such as Public Limited, Private Limited, LLP, Proprietorship, Partnership, Cooperative, Trust, FPO, or Individual).
• Specify your Firm/Company Name and the Authorized Person's Name.
• Furnish a working email address and mobile number to receive application updates, User ID, password, and other correspondence.
• Submit the basic registration form; a User ID and password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Access the portal using these credentials and complete your profile to finish the full registration.

Step 2: Application Process

• Obtain every required permission through the online single-window system within the prescribed deadlines.
• Finish building your project, ensuring the minimum capital expenditure of ₹1 crore is achieved.
• Start commercial operations and gather evidence of operation.
• File the capital subsidy application online within one year of the operation commencement date, attaching all necessary documents in the specified formats (for instance, JPG for photographs).
• The Tourism Department/Board will subsequently review your application and documents, and then move forward with processing the subsidy claim.

The Tourism Department/Board carries out the review and processing of applications. Selection hinges on checking the applicant’s eligibility, the specifics of the proposed tourism project, and the capital expenditure incurred, all measured against the scheme’s guidelines. Every document submitted is examined to confirm it meets the requirements laid down in the Tourism Policy 2025. When these checks are finished and the results are acceptable, the subsidy claim moves forward for payment.
