Register on the Antyodaya-SARAL portal by going to https://saralharyana.gov.in/. Select 'New User/Register Here' and provide your name, email address, mobile number, and a password, then submit. Activate your account using the OTP sent to your email and mobile, or by clicking the verification link.

Log in to apply for the scheme. Return to https://saralharyana.gov.in/ and use the 'Sign in here' option on the right. Once logged in, open 'Scheme/Services list' and choose the 'Refrigerated Vehicles' scheme. Click 'Apply for Service/Scheme', complete the online form, and submit.

Alternatively, apply offline by visiting the nearest Atal Seva Kendra with all required documents.
